Active Practices - These are practices that are seeing patients now. Most practices will only have one season/term active at one time. The Active Practices summary page gives you a quick snapshot of all of your practices (if you work at more than one), how they are doing, and when your next appointment will be.

Practices - These are the permanent practices that you manage. You set the practice name, type, logo, and reminder email/SMS timing from this page.

Schedule - This is a calendar of events and a location manager working together to make an easy system for viewing your schedule at a glance.

Patients - Your client/patient list is managed on this screen. You can make clients active and inactive (if a client won't be active for the season/term), manage their payments, and view a client's detailed information all on one screen here.

Forum - This is where you manage the online communication system between your clients, as well as the Reach Out section to communicate with other similar groups.

Projects - Manage your projects, from office improvements to coordinating big events or office parties, you'll always know what's going on.

Surveys - Build web-based surveys to get feedback from your patients and community.

Media - You can store files, pictures, and video here. Each media piece can be stored in an album or be associated with an event, and permission is given for access to the files by clients, registered observers, or the general public.

Website - Every practice can have a public website to promote what you are doing. You control what is shown on the website's calendar, as well as information about public news and comments.
